As per the section 24 of RTI Act: - “RTI Act not to apply to the ‘Central Economic Intelligence Bureau’ being Intelligence and Security Organisation specified in the Second Schedule, established by the Central Government. However, as per first proviso to Section 24(i) of RTI Act- “the information pertaining to the allegations of corruption and human rights violations shall not be excluded under this sub-section”
